TESTICULAR GERM CELL CANCER

When germ cell of testicles that develop into sperm get affected and start grown out of control is called
Testicular germ cell cancer.
Mostly testicular cancers are germ cell cancer
Germ cell tumors in tactical are divided as seminomas and non seminomas.

What are the CAUSE of TESTICULAR GERM CELL CANCER:
The exact cause is still not known
But there are some risk factors that increase risk of development of this testicular germ cell cancer in people:-
Undescended testis
History of cancer in tactical
Testicular cancer more common in children’s younger than age 4


SYMPTOMS of TESTICULAR GERM CELL CANCER:

  • Pain and heaviness felt in scortum
  • Solid, testicles
  • Lump in testical that grow bigger with time
  • Difficult in walking , sitting
  • Back pain
  • Pain in abdominal and groin region
  • Shape of testicle change

Physical examination
Complete blood count
Blood marker test
CT-scan
Ultrasound
MRI
Biopsy


PRECAUTION of TESTICULAR GERM CELL CANCER:-

  • No specific precaution to prevent testicle germ cell cancer, few measures which may helpful :-
  • Took proper treatment for undescended testis
  • Maintain weight
  • Eat healthy
  • Exercise regularly
